Evergreen Lodge and Retreat Pricing Plans
2 Day Rental Fee $2500 (Up to 150 guests) (In Season from May through September) $1500 in April/Oct.
Included: Full use of all five acres of our estate. There are electrical outlets to power whatever you need. There are outdoor lights to illuminate the entire front yard.
Not Included: Any use of the inside areas of the main home.
Please remember the two days is for setup and tear down times. The rental of portable restrooms, chairs, tables, and anything else for your wedding and reception is your responsibility.
Option 2- One day rental (including setup and teardown time) is $1500 in season and $1000 out of season. This includes one night at our award winning Airbnb for the bridal suite.
